Reset Your RigUp Account Password

Learn how to reset your RigUp account password.

1. On the main log in page select Forgot password?
   
2. You will then be prompted to enter the email address associated with your RigUp account

3. After entering your email address, select Continue to send a recovery email to your inbox. 
   • Please check your Spam if you do not see an email in your inbox
   • The subject of the password reset email will be RigUp: Reset your password. Once you select Reset password, you will be directed to create a new password.

4. After you have updated your password, you will receive a confirmation email that your password has been changed.

5. You will now be able to log in to your RigUp account using the new password.
