Once a job sheet has been submitted, real-time status tracking will be readily available on your account. This article lists all possible statuses and their respective descriptions.
Many of our clients designate an approver or supervisor to review and approve the job sheet before payment is released.
Once approved, our team will prepare funds for release. At this point, payment will be received within your payment terms. Note: We encourage our contractors to take advantage of our direct deposit option. We are able to monitor and precisely predict when the payment will reach your account. If mailed, it is in the hands of carriers and we will not be able to ensure payment will arrive according to our standards.
Payment should have reached your account!
If there is an issue approving your payment:
Navigate to the job sheets section of your profile as before. Here you can see any Unpaid and Paid job sheets that were previously uploaded. If there is any issue with a job that has not been paid the reason will be listed under the Unpaid section inside a red box titled "Something needs fixin'!"
Select Fix to edit and re-upload your corrected job sheet for approval. Please Note: Payment date depends on the date and time your job sheet is approved. If there was an issue with your job sheet previously is has not yet been approved and any waiting period you may have for payment has not began.
