If you have any questions or would like to message the operator, you can do so by using the Ask the Operator messenger on the bid submissions page.
Once a message is typed you can attach or send a file by selecting Select or drop files underneath the messaging box.
Operators have the option to respond to a message and all replies will be sent to this chat. An email will be sent to you if there is a reply, and you can not reply through this email. Please respond through the Ask the Operator chat.
On a private bid request, you’ll be able to access messaging even if you have not formally Accepted or Declined the request.
For Open Market bid requests, you must accepting the bid before posting a message. You can always update your response later if necessary.
