Once you've created an RFQ, it's important to check in with your request before the deadline to answer any questions.
View Pricing Submissions
Click on a company on the left sidebar to view submitted bids and message them privately.
Here you will find any unread messages and deadline extension requests.
Review Your RFQ
When the deadline has been reached, download the RFQ report and review pricing. The RFQ Report is a .zip file containing a folder for each vendor with any attachments they submitted as well as an Excel file with all pricing compiled and summarized.
Full Comparison View
RFQs utilizing a RigUp Bid Template will have a normalized comparison view.
Line items will be displayed on the left-hand side and vendor names are at the top.
Choose a View
Toggle between total cost and unit cost.
The most competitive pricing is highlighted green and most expensive is shown in red.
Line Item Comparison
Click on a specific line item to display more details and vendor notes.
Line Item Comparison View
Compare line items in detail for more advanced analysis.
Next Line Item
Click the next arrow to toggle back and forth between line items.
Percentages show how much more expensive a particular line item is compared to the lowest cost.
Any notes added by vendors will be displayed in this view.
After you have reviewed the results and are ready to make an award decision, you can close the request.
