If you need to change a contractor's work details, such as their pay rates or approver, you can do so by editing their work details.
In the top right corner, select Labor and then click Labor Manager.
You can then search for specific contractors. If you click on the contractor’s name, their profile will appear to the right-hand side of the screen.
Once you click on Edit Work Details you will be able to change the service provided, pay rates, basin, and approvers.
You can change the type of service that a contractor provides to a preset role or “other” in which you can write a more specific role that is not present in the presets.
In order to change pay rates, you have to first start by setting an effective date in which the changes will take place.
You can edit current rates or add new pay rates.
Make sure to click the save changes button in the bottom right corner.
You can similarly edit the Basin location and the designated approver on your team.
Once you have done all the changes that you desire on work details, make sure to click save changes in the top right corner of the display.
