You've created an RFQ, watched the pricing roll in, analyzed the results, and are ready to award a job. What now?
It's time to close your request. Submitting an RFQ through RigUp allows you to notify each vendor of your decision. This feedback is vital to service companies. For those that you plan on awarding work to, this ensures that they have plenty of time to prepare for the upcoming work. For those that you decline, the feedback helps them improve and also gives them a reason to respond next time you want pricing.
Deadline Reached
Once the deadline passes, you will receive an email stating that your "RFQ is Ready for Review." From here, you will be able to click into the RFQ page and view the submissions.
View Pricing Submissions
Click on a company on the left sidebar to view submitted bids and message them privately.
RFQ Report
The RFQ Report is a zip file containing a folder for each vendor with any attachments that were submitted. It also contains an Excel file with all line items compiled and summarized. Download the report to save it to your computer.
Template Comparison
RFQs utilizing a RigUp Bid Template will have a normalized comparison view. Be sure to seelct View Full Comparison to get the most out of the analytics.
Upon completing analysis of the submitted pricing, you can close your request.
