About User Roles
RigUp offers 4 different user permission levels, also known as roles.

How to Add a User
If you’re an Admin and would like to add users to your company’s account, click on ‘Manage Users' in the Dashboard section.
You will be taken to a new page 'User Management,' here you are able to view the list of users who have access to the account. Additionally, you can Invite Users, edit user access, or remove users.
- To add users click on 'Invite User' and fill out the information that is being requested. Once completed click on 'Send Invite'.
Another way to access the 'User Management' page is by going to the Account Settings’, located in the bottom left of your RigUp account.
Click into User Management, then click ‘Invite User.’ Enter the user’s first name, last name, email, job title at your organization, and select their user role. The user will receive an email inviting them to create an account.
How to Edit or Remove a User
If you’re an Admin and would like to edit or remove a user from your company’s account, navigate to the User Management page. Find the user you’d like to edit or remove, and click the three dots to the right side of the row they appear on.
