Q: Does RigUp have any vendor trade references?
A: RigUp Solutions CA is a newly established entity in 2023. While our operations in this specific entity in Canada are relatively recent, our family of entities has operated for over 11 years in the US and Canadian market. We are happy to provide references from vendors/suppliers we have worked with to date upon request. Please note that, due to our short tenure with this specific entity, the number of local references connected to RigUp Solutions CA may be limited. Q: What are all the documents I need on hand to quickly onboard?
A: For vendors that are onboarding with a specific client, there are a few documents needed to complete onboarding:
- Safety statistics
- Certificate of Insurance
- Business Registration
- Safety Program
- Workers Compensation Board
- Certificate of Recognition
- Payment information
- Master Service Agreement
- Vendor Work Order
Typically there are two points of contact needed to provide this information, an HSE representative and an Accounting representative.
Q: Do I need a new Canadian account if my company has a RigUp account in the United States?
A: Yes, you will need a Canadian-specific account. This is to ensure banking and compliance information for each country is collected appropriately. Users have the ability to toggle between their US and Canada accounts. Please reach out to your supply chain representative for specific account and contract questions.
