Why are you charging 2%?
- The placement fee gets you access to this and any future Western Midstream projects.
Why would I onboard with RigUp/Can I submit invoices directly to Western Midstream?
- Western Midstream has partnered exclusively with RigUp for vendor contracts and invoicing for this project. This means that to be eligible to provide services on this project, you must onboard with RigUp and complete work under the RigUp MSA.
I have worked with RigUp for X Client in the past and have never had to pay fees; what’s changed?
- Any fees are determined on a per-client and per-work order basis. Please note this fee is specific to being selected for work on this project for Western Midstream and will not impact any current or future work with other clients.
A 2% fee will cut into my margins; can I inflate my pricing or add a 2% surcharge on my invoices?
- The client will review all pricing in the form of price books or quotes ahead of the project start. Any pricing on final invoices should match the rates agreed before work commences.
