We’re making updates to the user experience for users who are provisioned to multiple RigUp applications in order to make it easier to provision access a move between applications in the RigUp ecosystem!
What’s changing?
Profile Selection on Login
Upon login, you will be prompted to select which profile and specific organization you wish to navigate to when more than one has been set up.
If only one profile is set up, you will be taken directly to the related profile.
All solutions will display, along with the client, vendor or worker name. Canadian organizations will be appended with (CA) to differentiate between US organizations.
Before accessing an profile, you will continue to be required to accept to any relevant terms of service.
Once selected, your last session will be stored and you will be directed to the last profile you accessed.
Profile Switching from Account Settings
Once in a given profile, you will also be able to easily switch between profiles via an extended in-app switcher.
In Client and Vendor apps, the switcher is located in the bottom left in the navigation panel. In the Worker app, the switcher is located in the top right in the navigation menu.
Denied Permissions
If you try to access a profile you are not configured to access, you'll receive the following lock out screen. In order for you to access your allowed profile, you can select “View RigUp Apps”.
