If you're experiencing slow-loading pages, outdated content, or trouble logging into the platform, clearing your browser's cache and cookies can often resolve the issue. Follow the steps below for your browser.
Before you begin: Clearing your cache and cookies will sign you out of most websites, including this one. Make sure you have your login credentials on hand before you start.
Google Chrome
- Click the three dots (⋮) in the top-right corner of the browser.
- Select Delete browsing data.
- At the top, choose a time range (select ALL time to clear everything).
- Check the boxes for Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
- Check Delete Data.
Shortcut: Press Ctrl+Shift+Delete (Windows) or Cmd+Shift+Delete (Mac) to jump straight to this menu.
Safari (Mac)
- Open Safari and click Safari in the menu bar, then settings (or Preferences).
- Go to Privacy tab.
- Click Manage Website Data.
- Click Remove All, then confirm.
Safari (iPhone/iPad)
- Open Settings on your device.
- Tap Apps, then Safari.
- Scroll down and tap Clear History and Website Data.
- Confirm by tapping Clear History
Microsoft Edge
- Click the three dots (⋯) in the top-right corner.
- Select Settings, then Privacy, search, and services.
- Under Clear browsing data, click Choose what to clear.
- Set the time range to All time.
- Check Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
- Click Clear now.
Shortcut: Press Ctrl+Shift+Delete to open this menu directly.
Mozilla FireFox
- Click the menu button (three Horizontal lines) in the top-right corner.
- Select Setting (or Preferences).
- Go to the Privacy & Security panel.
- Under Cookies and Site Data, click Clear Data.
- Make sure both cookies and Site Data and Cached Web Content are checked.
- Click Clear, then confirm
Quick tip for all browsers
Most desktop browsers let you jump straight to the "clear data" screen with the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+Shift+ Delete (Windows) or Cmd+Shift+Delete (Mac) — except Safari, which doesn't support this shortcut.
