Learn how to check the status of your job sheet from your RigUp account
You can check the status of your job sheet by navigating to the Job Sheets tab on your RigUp account. Below is a summary of the statuses you will see on the page. You can also make corrections to any rejected job sheets from this page.
To view more details about each job sheet, select the Arrow icon to the right of the job sheet.

Submitted
- Your job sheet was successfully submitted

Rejected
- Revisions on your job sheet need to be made
- Select the Arrow on this line to review the rejection reason and make corrections.

Waiting for Approval
- Your job sheet was sent to your approver to be approved
- If it has been more than two business days, we recommend reaching out to your approver

Approved
- Your job sheet was approved and will now begin processing your payment

Payment Processing
- Your payment is being processed and you will receive your payment based off of your payment terms

Paid
- Your payment has been made to you
